  • 1 can Pineapple Slices in juice; fresh can also be used
For the Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce gluten-free if needed
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce substitute with chili garlic sauce if more heat is desired
  • 2 tablespoons Honey maple syrup is a vegan alternative

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Lay kielbasa slices on a clean surface, place a pineapple slice on each piece and secure with toothpicks.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and a splash of pineapple juice. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  5. Arrange the assembled kielbasa bites on the baking sheet and brush with glaze.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving warm.
