Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over low heat, stirring continuously for about 1 minute until fully melted. Then add 4 cups of mini marshmallows and stir on low heat for an additional 3-4 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and quickly fold in 6 cups of puffed rice cereal until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool for about 5 minutes, then form into balls or spread into a greased 9x13 inch pan for bars, pressing down firmly.
  4. Melt 1 ½ cups of white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Dip each treat or drizzle the melted chocolate over the bars.
  5. Sprinkle your holiday sprinkles over the melted chocolate while still warm and allow to set at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.
