- In a medium saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over low heat, stirring continuously for about 1 minute until fully melted. Then add 4 cups of mini marshmallows and stir on low heat for an additional 3-4 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and quickly fold in 6 cups of puffed rice cereal until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Allow the mixture to cool for about 5 minutes, then form into balls or spread into a greased 9x13 inch pan for bars, pressing down firmly.
- Melt 1 ½ cups of white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Dip each treat or drizzle the melted chocolate over the bars.
- Sprinkle your holiday sprinkles over the melted chocolate while still warm and allow to set at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.
