- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until soft.
- Stir in dried oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes; continue cooking for 1 minute.
- Deglaze with white wine, simmering for about 3-4 minutes until reduced by half.
- Add heavy cream, mixing well and simmering for around 5 minutes until it thickens.
- Fold in lobster and shrimp, heating through over low heat for 3 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then remove from heat and let cool.

- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter.
- Layer noodles, seafood mixture, ricotta, and mozzarella in the baking dish, repeating until ingredients are used.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 10 minutes, then garnish with parsley before serving.
