Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large, oven-safe skillet, heat over medium heat and add the chopped bacon. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until crispy and golden.
  3. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
  4. In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown and tender.
  5. Whisk together the eggs and heavy cream in a mixing bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
