For the Pasta
  • 8 ounces Pasta Any type or gluten-free options work.
  • 1 cup Pasta Water Reserve before draining.
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey Consider maple syrup or agave as substitutes.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Any cooking oil can be used if preferred.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Fresh is best, but garlic powder can work.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, drain, and set aside.
  2. Thinly slice the chicken breasts, season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken slices and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant for about 30 seconds. Pour in honey and mix to form a sauce.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional black pepper and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
