Cooking Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, drain, and set aside.
- Thinly slice the chicken breasts, season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken slices and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant for about 30 seconds. Pour in honey and mix to form a sauce.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional black pepper and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
