Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Bake for 25–30 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick; if it comes out with moist crumbs, your brownies are ready.
  4. Allow brownies to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  5. Melt chocolate drizzle in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled brownies.
  6. While the drizzle is still warm, scatter candy eyeballs on top for a festive look. Let set for about 10 minutes.
