Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of powdered peanut butter, 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Line a plate or small baking tray with parchment paper. Position the tray in your freezer to minimize mess.
- Using a medium cookie scoop, portion out the yogurt mixture onto the prepared surface, making about 6 evenly-sized bites. Freeze for about 10-20 minutes.
- While the bites are freezing, melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil together until smooth.
- Once the yogurt bites are firm, dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top of each coated bite. Return to the freezer to set completely, about 10-15 minutes.
- Once set, transfer the bites to an airtight container for storage.
