Preparation Steps
  1. Start by boiling two boneless skinless chicken breasts in a large pot of salted water over medium heat for about 20 minutes until cooked.
  2. While the chicken cools, blend cottage cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
  3. After cooling, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the dressing to the shredded chicken, then toss in grapes, celery, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the salad to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
