Step‑By‑Step Instructions for Strawberry Milk Tea
  1. Prepare Fresh Strawberry Syrup by hulking and slicing 2 cups of ripe strawberries and combining them with 0.5 cups of granulated sugar and 0.5 cups of water in a saucepan. Heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened. Strain to get syrup.
  2. Brew Strong Tea Base by boiling 2 cups of water to 200°F, adding 2 black tea bags, and steeping for 5 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar to taste.
  3. Cook Tapioca Pearls by boiling according to the package instructions and setting aside to cool.
  4. Assemble the Drink by pouring the strawberry syrup into a tall glass, adding ice cubes, brewed tea, and your choice of milk or cream.
  5. Serve Immediately with cooked tapioca pearls on top, if using.
