  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mince the garlic and onion, chop the parsley, and grate the Parmesan cheese.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, cheese, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and red pepper flakes until just combined.
  4. Form the mixture into 1½-inch balls and place them spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, flip each meatball, and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
