Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the pudding by whisking the chocolate pudding mix with cold milk according to the package directions, about 2 minutes until smooth and thickened. Chill in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes.
  2. Layer the ingredients in clear plastic cups or shot glasses, starting with a layer of chocolate pudding filling them about a third full.
  3. Add a layer of crushed Oreos, pressing them down slightly, then add more chocolate pudding until filled two-thirds full.
  4. Add spooky gummy worms on top of the pudding layers, allowing some to drape over the sides.
  5. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth, about 1-2 minutes in total.
  6. Using the melted white chocolate, dip marshmallows to create ghostly figures and place them on top with small candy eyes.
  7. Sprinkle extra crushed Oreos around the base of the marshmallow ghosts to mimic graveyard dirt before serving.
