Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine warm milk and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy. Mix in melted butter, eggs, and salt, then gradually add flour to form a soft dough.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled in size.
  3. Mix together softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper for the filling.
  4. Punch down the risen dough, roll it out into a rectangle, and spread the filling evenly. Roll into a log and slice into 12 equal pieces.
  5. Place the rolls cut-side up in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30-45 minutes until puffed up.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
