Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the steak strips with soy sauce, olive oil, a dash of pepper, and hot sauce. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, pour olive oil and add a tablespoon of butter. Once melted, add potato wedges and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  3. Create space in the skillet, add remaining butter and garlic, then the red chili flakes and fresh herbs. Cook until garlic softens, then add marinated steak.
  4. Before the steak is fully cooked, pour in any reserved marinade, stir gently, then add sautéed potatoes back into the skillet.
  5. Remove from heat, transfer to serving plates, garnish with chili flakes and herbs, and serve immediately.
