Cupcake Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180ºC (160ºC fan) and prepare a muffin tin with 12 muffin cases.
- Cream the unsalted butter and light brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes. Gradually add in the self-raising flour, cocoa powder, and eggs.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cases, filling each about two-thirds full, and bake for 20-22 minutes.
- While the cupcakes cool, prepare the fudge frosting by beating the unsalted butter, icing sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and evaporated milk until silky.
- Once cool, pipe the frosting onto each cupcake and decorate with pretzels, M&Ms, and edible eyes.
