Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix in the box of white cake mix until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into two portions. Add red food coloring to one and green to the other, mixing until vibrant.
  4. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Scoop out portions of red and green dough, roll into balls, and coat in powdered sugar.
  6. Place the dough balls on the baking sheets, spacing them apart. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are set.
  7. Cool on the sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
