Step-by-Step Instructions for Easy Tomato Chutney
  1. Start by dicing the red onions finely. Chop the overripe tomatoes into small chunks and slice the red chili.
  2. In a medium-sized pot, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until soft.
  3. Once the onions are soft, add the chopped tomatoes and sliced red chili. Cook for around 10-15 minutes.
