Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, reserving 1 tablespoon of grease.
- Using the reserved bacon grease, sauté the diced onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Remove from heat.
- Whisk together the eggs and heavy cream in a mixing bowl until combined.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the meat mixture, then scatter cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon, and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Pour the egg and cream mixture evenly over the layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; then remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until cheese is golden and egg is set.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Notes
Ensure the bacon is crispy for texture, and let the meat mixture cool slightly before combining with egg mixture to prevent curdling.
