Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, reserving 1 tablespoon of grease.
  2. Using the reserved bacon grease, sauté the diced onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Remove from heat.
  4. Whisk together the eggs and heavy cream in a mixing bowl until combined.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the meat mixture, then scatter cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon, and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  6. Pour the egg and cream mixture evenly over the layers.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; then remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until cheese is golden and egg is set.
  8. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
