  • 4 ounces salami sliced
  • 4 ounces capocollo sliced
  • 4 ounces ham sliced

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, and basil. Blend until smooth.

  3. Sprinkle shredded romaine lettuce over the cream cheese spread.
  4. Distribute thinly sliced onion and tomato pieces over the lettuce.
  5. Layer salami, capocollo, and ham evenly on top.
  6. Tightly roll each tortilla from one end to the other to create a log shape.
  7. Secure each rolled tortilla with toothpicks and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
