- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a loaf pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, beaten egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it evenly, flattening the top.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar until smooth. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake the meatloaf uncovered for 55 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest in the pan for 8-10 minutes before slicing.
