Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in the chunky salsa with the browned beef and mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of red enchilada sauce across the bottom of your baking dish.
- Place a spoonful of beef-salsa mixture into each tortilla, roll them, and lay seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
