Preparation Instructions
  1. Prepare the crust: Combine crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter until it resembles damp sand. Pack into the bottom of jars.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Whip the cream: Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cheesecake mixture.
  4. Color the cheesecake (optional): Divide the mixture into bowls, add food coloring to one, and mix.
  5. Assemble the jars: Layer pink cheesecake followed by plain cheesecake, filling jars nearly full.
  6. Top and chill: Pipe whipped cream on top, decorate with candy eggs and sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
