  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt or any plain yogurt; can use non-dairy for vegan
  • 1/2 cup Gluten-Free Oats can be omitted or swapped with ground flaxseed
Flavor Boost
  • 2 tablespoons Pecan Butter or Almond Butter sunflower seed butter or tahini are nut-free alternatives
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract use pure vanilla for best flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon nutmeg optional

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather all ingredients. Peel and chop the carrots. Measure frozen banana and pineapple chunks.
  2. In a high-powered blender, combine raw carrots, frozen banana, pineapple, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and oats.
  3. Add the nut butter, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Optionally, sprinkle in nutmeg.
  4. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Add more coconut milk if too thick.
  5. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately or store in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
