  • 1 medium Dragonfruit Ripe for sweetness
  • 2 cups Cold Water Ice cubes optional
  • 1 tablespoon Sweetener (Honey, Agave, or Sugar) Adjust to taste
  • 1 lime Lime Juice (freshly squeezed) Always use fresh for best flavor

  • 6 leaves Mint Leaves Fresh for flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the dragonfruit in half lengthwise and scoop out the pink flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. In a blender, combine the dragonfruit flesh, cold water, sweetener, and freshly squeezed lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed, then blend again.
  4. Optionally, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
  5. Fill glasses with ice and pour the Dragonfruit Agua Fresca over ice. Garnish with mint leaves and lime slices.
