- Drain the tofu and press between paper towels for about 15 minutes.
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- Mix cornstarch, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl. Toss tofu cubes until coated.
- Choose cooking method: Fry in 2 tbsp of oil for 5-7 minutes, bake at 400°F for 25 minutes, or air fry at 375°F for 18-22 minutes.
- Prepare sauce by combining orange juice, soy sauce, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toss crispy tofu with the orange sauce in a large bowl until well coated. Serve warm over rice or quinoa.
