  • 2 cups Mashed Potatoes Store-bought can be used.
  • 1 Tbsp Celery Diced, can replace with bell peppers.
  • 2 Tbsp Yellow Onion Diced, shallots can be used as alternative.
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced, garlic powder can be used instead.
  • 3 oz Cheddar Cheese Shredded, can be swapped with fontina or gruyère.
  • 1 1/4 C Gravy Keeps filling moist.
  • 1 cup Bread Stuffing Can use quinoa or rice for gluten-free.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water for 8-9 minutes until al dente, then drain and cool.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine turkey, mashed potatoes, onion, celery, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and fold in half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread 3/4 cup gravy on the bottom of the baking dish, fill each shell with the turkey mixture, and arrange them open side up.
  5. Top filled shells with remaining gravy, sprinkle leftover stuffing, and add remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh herbs, serve warm, and enjoy!
