- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water for 8-9 minutes until al dente, then drain and cool.
- In a medium bowl, combine turkey, mashed potatoes, onion, celery, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and fold in half of the cheddar cheese.
- Spread 3/4 cup gravy on the bottom of the baking dish, fill each shell with the turkey mixture, and arrange them open side up.
- Top filled shells with remaining gravy, sprinkle leftover stuffing, and add remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh herbs, serve warm, and enjoy!
