Step-by-Step Instructions for S’mores Hand Pies
  1. Allow your refrigerated pie crust to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  2. Using a 3-inch cookie cutter, cut out circles from the dough, aiming for about 12 circles.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped chocolate, miniature marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of the filling mixture onto the center of half of the dough circles.
  5. Moisten the edges of the filled dough circles with water and press down gently, then crimp the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops of the hand pies with melted butter and sprinkle with remaining crushed graham crackers.
