Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for about 10 minutes until browned.
  3. Slice your slider rolls in half and place cut side up on a sheet pan. Optional: brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Spoon the turkey mixture onto the bottom halves of the slider rolls and top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese melts.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Layer on fresh toppings: chopped romaine, sliced tomatoes, pickle slices, and diced sweet onion. Drizzle burger sauce over the toppings.
  7. Place the top halves of the slider rolls onto the loaded bottom halves and press lightly.
  8. Cut into individual sliders and serve immediately.
