Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for about 10 minutes until browned.
- Slice your slider rolls in half and place cut side up on a sheet pan. Optional: brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Spoon the turkey mixture onto the bottom halves of the slider rolls and top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese melts.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Layer on fresh toppings: chopped romaine, sliced tomatoes, pickle slices, and diced sweet onion. Drizzle burger sauce over the toppings.
- Place the top halves of the slider rolls onto the loaded bottom halves and press lightly.
- Cut into individual sliders and serve immediately.
