Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour one-third of the egg mixture to create a thin layer. Cook until edges are set.
- Transfer cooked omelettes onto a plate and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine cream cheese, feta cheese, chives, and dill. Mix until creamy and blended.
- Spread filling on each cooled omelette and top with a slice of smoked salmon.
- Roll the omelettes tightly and wrap in plastic or aluminum foil.
- Chill the wrapped rolls in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- After chilling, slice the rolls into 2 cm pieces and serve with lemon wedges.
