Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and pour one-third of the egg mixture to create a thin layer. Cook until edges are set.
  3. Transfer cooked omelettes onto a plate and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, feta cheese, chives, and dill. Mix until creamy and blended.
  5. Spread filling on each cooled omelette and top with a slice of smoked salmon.
  6. Roll the omelettes tightly and wrap in plastic or aluminum foil.
  7. Chill the wrapped rolls in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  8. After chilling, slice the rolls into 2 cm pieces and serve with lemon wedges.
