- In a 500ml mason jar, pour in your choice of milk, then add rose syrup and ground cardamom. Stir thoroughly until well combined.
- Add the chia seeds to the jar with your creamy mixture. Secure the lid tightly and shake the jar vigorously for 30-60 seconds.
- Place the jar in the refrigerator and allow the pudding to chill and thicken for at least 30 minutes, ideally overnight.
- Once thickened, stir gently and add your favorite toppings like Greek yogurt, chopped pistachios, or edible rose petals.
