Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup (or honey), and salt. Stir until a thick, uniform dough forms.
  2. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, then transfer and press the protein bar dough into the pan evenly.
  3. Cover the pan and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up the bars.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, then spread over chilled bars or dip individual bars if desired.
  5. Remove from pan, cut into desired sizes, and store in an airtight container.
