  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 in Ginger Minced
  • 3 stalks Green onions Chopped

  • 1 cup Bell peppers Diced, optional
  • 1 cup Carrots Diced, optional

Cooking Steps
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients, including ground beef, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned.
  3. Once the beef is browned, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and a splash of sesame oil. Stir and let cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. If including vegetables, toss them into the skillet now and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve over rice or with lettuce wraps.
