  • 1 bulb Fennel Thinly sliced, use stalks/fronds if desired
  • 2 medium Apple Tart variety like Granny Smith recommended
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts Coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Shaved or grated, for vegan use Pecorino
  • 1/2 cup Celery Optional, adds crunch
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can use avocado oil as alternative
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Preparation Steps
  1. Thinly slice the fennel bulb using a sharp knife or a mandoline.
