Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Jack-O-Lantern Cups: Draw fun jack-o-lantern faces on small plastic cups and set aside.
  2. Cook Drumsticks: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the drumsticks for 20-25 minutes until heated through.
  3. Cook Macaroni: Boil salted water and cook elbow macaroni for 6-8 minutes until al dente. Drain and return to pot.
