- Prepare the Baking Dish by lining a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Cook the Sugar Mixture by combining granulated sugar, water, honey, and corn syrup in a pot over medium heat until it reaches 300°F.
- Add Baking Soda to the mixture and stir vigorously; pour into the lined baking dish.
- Cool the Candy for about 1 hour at room temperature until firm.
- Coat in Chocolate by melting the chocolate and dipping each piece of honeycomb.
- Allow to Set until the chocolate is completely hardened.
