Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and pat dry the strawberries. Let them reach room temperature.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Dip each strawberry into melted white chocolate and let excess drip off.
  4. Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them set for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips and pipe eyes and mouths onto each ghostly strawberry.
  6. Apply candy eyes on strawberries while dark chocolate is still warm.
  7. Chill the decorated strawberries in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set.
