Preparation Steps
- Wash and pat dry the strawberries. Let them reach room temperature.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into melted white chocolate and let excess drip off.
- Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them set for 10-15 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and pipe eyes and mouths onto each ghostly strawberry.
- Apply candy eyes on strawberries while dark chocolate is still warm.
- Chill the decorated strawberries in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set.
