- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your cooking ingredients.
- If using raw chicken, cook in a skillet over medium heat for 15–20 minutes until fully cooked and shred.
- Sauté cauliflower rice in a skillet with olive oil for 5–7 minutes until tender.
- Combine shredded chicken, sautéed cauliflower rice, cream cheese, half of the shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Transfer to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and add extra veggies if desired.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
