Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your cooking ingredients.
  2. If using raw chicken, cook in a skillet over medium heat for 15–20 minutes until fully cooked and shred.
  3. Sauté cauliflower rice in a skillet with olive oil for 5–7 minutes until tender.
  4. Combine shredded chicken, sautéed cauliflower rice, cream cheese, half of the shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Transfer to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and add extra veggies if desired.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
