Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the salmon is opaque and reaches 145°F.
  4. While the salmon cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  5. Transfer cooked salmon to a serving plate, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, and garnish with sliced green onions.
