Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs or almond flour, minced garlic, chopped parsley or spinach, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Scoop the mixture and roll it into 1½-inch balls. Place them evenly spaced on the baking sheet.
  4. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C).
  6. Let the meatballs cool slightly before serving them hot.
