Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and brush tostada shells lightly with olive oil. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 3–5 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat the canned refried beans over medium heat for about 5 minutes until warmed through and smooth.
  3. Spread a spoonful of warm refried beans across each toasted shell.
  4. Add shredded rotisserie chicken on top of the bean layer, followed by shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
  5. Drizzle each tostada with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  6. Serve with lime wedges on the side for a zesty kick.
