  • 1 cup Lobster Meat Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Use gluten-free if needed
  • 1 large Egg Beaten
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Butter Adds richness
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Beat the egg in a shallow bowl.

  4. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the lobster bites until golden brown.
  5. In the same pan, add more butter, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  6. Transfer lobster bites to a plate and drizzle with the garlic butter sauce.
