  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut cauliflower into florets and steam them for 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Transfer steamed cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until fine meal-like consistency.
  4. Squeeze out excess moisture from the cauliflower using a clean kitchen towel.
  5. In a bowl, mix drained cauliflower with egg, grated onion, Parmesan, cheddar, almond flour, salt, and pepper.
  6. Shape the mixture into small tots, about 1 inch long, and arrange on the baking sheet.
  7. Lightly spray the tots with cooking spray for added crispiness.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, flip the tots, and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let the tots cool for a minute, then serve hot with dipping sauces.
