Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing the chopped cauliflower florets into a food processor. Pulse until finely minced, resembling couscous, for about 15-20 seconds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the minced cauliflower with eggs, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until it forms a paste-like consistency.
  3. Using a measuring scoop, take portions and shape into small patties about ⅓-inch thick. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. In a large skillet, heat about 2 tablespoons of avocado oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes until shimmering.
  5. Carefully place patties into the hot skillet and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil and allow to cool slightly before serving.
