Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a medium bowl. Blend until smooth and set aside.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Whisk together buttermilk, flour, cornstarch, egg, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne in a large bowl. Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Coat the Chicken: Spread panko breadcrumbs on a plate and roll each marinated chicken tenderloin in the breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
  4. Fry the Chicken: Heat canola oil until it reaches 365°F. Fry the chicken in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
