Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the large pasta shells until al dente.
  3. Mix cooked seafood with cream cheese and minced garlic in a bowl until creamy.
  4. Melt butter, add flour to create a roux, then gradually whisk in milk and season with spices.
  5. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  6. Pour the cheese sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, uncover for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
