- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, chopped frozen broccoli, condensed cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, fresh lemon juice, and curry powder. Stir until well blended.
- Fold in half of the sharp cheddar cheese into the chicken mixture, then pour in the dry white wine. Stir gently to combine.
- Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish and transfer the chicken and broccoli mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining sharp cheddar cheese over the top, then mix Parmesan cheese and soft breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
