  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken use rotisserie chicken for easy preparation
  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce adjust to preferred heat level
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing for tangy flavor
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese mozzarella or cheddar works well
For Garnish
  • 1 bunch Green Onions chopped
  • 2 cups Celery Sticks for dipping
  • 2 cups Tortilla Chips for scooping
  • 2 cups Carrots for dipping

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with shredded chicken until smooth.
  2. Pour in the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing, mixing until well incorporated and uniformly colored.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheese of your choice, stirring until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth it out with a spatula.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly, watching for a golden color forming on top.
  6. Once out of the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
