Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Flip the chicken and brown the other side for an additional 3 minutes, then remove and set aside.

  5. Deglaze the skillet with chicken broth, scraping up brown bits and simmer for a minute.
  6. Nestle the browned chicken thighs back in the skillet, pour heavy cream over, and sprinkle fresh thyme on top.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
