- Clean the crab under cold running water. Scrub the shell and remove gills and stomach pouch.
- Bring 2 liters of water to a boil, add salt and turmeric, then add cleaned crabs. Cook for 3-4 minutes until bright orange. Drain and discard water.
- Melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Add garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt, dried parsley, and garlic powder. Stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add boiled crabs and green chilies to the pan. Toss and shallow fry for about 1 minute.
- Pour in fresh cream and chicken stock. Stir to combine. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary and garnish with dried parsley before serving.
