Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Clean the crab under cold running water. Scrub the shell and remove gills and stomach pouch.
  2. Bring 2 liters of water to a boil, add salt and turmeric, then add cleaned crabs. Cook for 3-4 minutes until bright orange. Drain and discard water.
  3. Melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
  4. Add garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt, dried parsley, and garlic powder. Stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add boiled crabs and green chilies to the pan. Toss and shallow fry for about 1 minute.
  6. Pour in fresh cream and chicken stock. Stir to combine. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Adjust seasoning if necessary and garnish with dried parsley before serving.
