Quesadilla Preparation Steps

  2. Mash the Avocado: Using a fork, mash the avocado to your desired smoothness and spread it evenly over the cheese.
  3. Add More Cheese and Top: Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over the mashed avocado. Place a second tortilla on top.
  4. Heat the Pan: Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Optionally, lightly spray with oil.
  5. Cook the Quesadilla: Transfer the quesadilla into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
