Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, and fresh parsley. Stir well until evenly distributed.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, honey, and lemon zest. Blend on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Using a cookie scoop, portion out the cheese mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll each cheese ball in the cranberry-pecan-parsley mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the coated cheese balls on a serving tray and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  6. Insert a pretzel stick into the center of each cheese ball before serving.
